Ingredients

  • 1 medium Frozen Banana
  • 0.5 cup Mango
  • 1 handful Baby Spinach
  • 0.25 piece Avocado
  • 1 tablespoon Hulled Hemp Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Whole Milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruit: Peel and dice the mango and avocado. If using fresh spinach, wash it thoroughly and remove any tough stems.
  2. Place the frozen banana pieces, diced mango, avocado, and spinach into a high-speed blender.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt and half of the milk. The goal is a thick, soft-serve ice cream consistency, so start with less liquid.
  4. Blend on high until completely smooth and vibrant green. If the blender stalls, add the remaining milk one tablespoon at a time.
  5. Pour the thick smoothie into a shallow, suction-based toddler bowl.
  6. Sprinkle the hemp seeds evenly over the top.
