Creamy Banana & Full-Fat Yogurt

A simple, no-cook breakfast or snack. This recipe uses full-fat yogurt to provide essential fats for brain growth and probiotics for a healthy gut, naturally sweetened with ripe banana.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 piece Banana
  • 2-3 tablespoons Full-Fat Plain Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Select a very ripe banana (one with small brown spots is best for digestion).
  2. Peel the banana and mash it thoroughly with a fork in a small bowl until it is a smooth, liquid-like consistency.
  3. Add the plain, full-fat yogurt to the mashed banana.
  4. Stir vigorously until the yogurt and banana are completely incorporated and no large lumps remain.
  5. If this is the first time introducing dairy, start with just a small spoonful to monitor for any allergic reactions.
  6. Serve immediately at room temperature or slightly chilled.
