Creamy Banana & Full-Fat Yogurt

A simple, no-cook breakfast or snack. This recipe uses full-fat yogurt to provide essential fats for brain growth and probiotics for a healthy gut, naturally sweetened with ripe banana.
Ingredients
- 0.5 piece Banana
- 2-3 tablespoons Full-Fat Plain Yogurt
Instructions
- Select a very ripe banana (one with small brown spots is best for digestion).
- Peel the banana and mash it thoroughly with a fork in a small bowl until it is a smooth, liquid-like consistency.
- Add the plain, full-fat yogurt to the mashed banana.
- Stir vigorously until the yogurt and banana are completely incorporated and no large lumps remain.
- If this is the first time introducing dairy, start with just a small spoonful to monitor for any allergic reactions.
- Serve immediately at room temperature or slightly chilled.
