Crispy & Quick Pita Pizzas

A lifesaver for busy parents! These mini pizzas use pita bread as a base, making them much faster than traditional pizza. They are easy for little hands to hold and can be customized with any veggies your baby likes.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces Pita Bread
- 0.5 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
- 0.5 cup Assorted Toppings
- 0.5 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or set your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
- Place the pita breads on a baking sheet. Lightly brush the edges with a tiny bit of olive oil if you want them extra golden.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over each pita, leaving a small border for the 'crust'.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.
- Add your chosen toppings. For babies, ensure vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms are chopped very small to avoid choking risks.
- Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes, or air fry for 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are lightly browned.
- Let them cool for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips or small triangles that are easy for your child to manage.
