Creamy Orange Yogurt Pops

A refreshing and naturally sweet frozen treat that combines bright citrus with creamy whole milk yogurt. These popsicles are perfect for soothing sore gums during teething while providing a boost of vitamin C. By using only fruit for sweetness, they are a safe and healthy alternative to store-bought treats.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Orange Juice
- 1 cup Plain Whole Milk Yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Orange Zest
- 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a blender or large bowl, combine the fresh orange juice and the whole milk yogurt.
- Add the finely grated orange zest and the vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Blend or whisk the ingredients until the texture is completely smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into baby-sized popsicle molds or silicone ice cube trays, leaving a tiny bit of space at the top for expansion.
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 to 6 hours, or until they are frozen solid.
- To serve, briefly run the outside of the mold under warm water to loosen the pop before offering it to your little one.
