Avocado & Egg Toast Fingers

Toasted bread fingers topped with creamy mashed avocado and soft scrambled egg. A nutritionally complete BLW meal combining healthy fats, protein, and complex carbohydrates in a format that's easy for babies to grip and explore.
Ingredients
- 1 slice Bread
- 0.25 medium Avocado
- 1 large Egg
- 0.5 teaspoon Unsalted Butter
Instructions
- Toast the bread slice lightly — just enough to give it firmness so it doesn't fall apart when baby holds it.
- Cut the toast into 2-3 finger-width strips.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
- Spread the mashed avocado generously on each toast strip.
- Scramble the egg: melt a tiny amount of butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat, add the beaten egg, and cook gently until soft curds form with no raw egg remaining.
- Place small spoonfuls of scrambled egg on top of each avocado toast strip.
- Let cool to room temperature before serving. Baby grips the toast strip from the bottom and eats from the top down.
