Sweet Potato & Cinnamon Breakfast Mash

A warm, naturally sweet breakfast mash made with tender sweet potato, creamy yogurt, and a hint of cinnamon. This spoon-fed classic is packed with vitamin A and makes the perfect gentle start to the day for little ones.
Ingredients
- 1 medium Sweet Potato
- 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Full-Fat Plain Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
Instructions
- Peel the sweet potato and cut into small, even cubes (about 2cm).
- Place in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 12–15 minutes until very tender (a fork should pass through easily).
- Drain well and return to the pan. Add butter and mash thoroughly until smooth.
- Stir in the yogurt and cinnamon until well combined.
- Allow to cool to a safe temperature before serving.
- Serve with a pre-loaded spoon or let baby self-feed from a bowl.
