Ingredients

  • 0.5 piece Avocado
  • 0.5 piece Banana

Instructions

  1. Wash the outside of the avocado and banana before peeling.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a clean bowl.
  3. Peel the banana and add it to the bowl with the avocado.
  4. Use a fork or a potato masher to blend them together until the texture is completely smooth and free of large lumps.
  5. For a thinner consistency (better for babies just starting solids), stir in 1-2 tablespoons of breast milk, formula, or cooled boiled water.
  6. Serve immediately to ensure maximum nutrient retention and freshness.
