- 0.5 piece Avocado
- 0.5 piece Banana
Instructions
- Wash the outside of the avocado and banana before peeling.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a clean bowl.
- Peel the banana and add it to the bowl with the avocado.
- Use a fork or a potato masher to blend them together until the texture is completely smooth and free of large lumps.
- For a thinner consistency (better for babies just starting solids), stir in 1-2 tablespoons of breast milk, formula, or cooled boiled water.
