Ingredients
- 250 grams Ground Turkey
- 1 small Sweet Apple
- 3 tablespoons Rolled Oats
- 0.25 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 0.25 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

- In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated apple, oats, garlic powder, cinnamon, and parsley. Mix well with your hands.
- Roll into small balls about 2cm in diameter (cherry tomato size). You should get about 20-24 meatballs.
- Place on the baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 74°C (165°F).
- Let cool for 5 minutes. Cut each meatball in half before serving to baby.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or alongside a grain like soft rice or couscous.
